Warranty and Return Policy

The following applies to purchase of a biodiesel processor from Evolution Biodiesel after purchase agreement is signed and returned:  All metal stands and HDPE tanks have a lifetime warranty.  All warranties must be purchased after March 1, 2010. If one purchased a warranty then all parts on the machine have a one year manufacturer's warranty.  All processors are quality tested before they are shipped out to our clients for leaks, malfunctions, and general operation.  If any of these problems exist please inform us within 10 days of receiving product and we will work through the problem. Warranty does not cover negligent behavior resulting in disfunction or damage to the processor.  Any modifications to processor after market purchase also voids this one year warranty.  We will process all warranty claims within 6 weeks of notification.  Shipping of replacement parts is to be paid by the client.  In the event we can fix an existing part, customer will be responsible for return shipment and Evolution Biodiesel will be responsible for shipping of refurbished or new part.  In the event that the client decides to return a processor, please notify us within 30 days of when you received the product.  In order to grant a refund for a processor, there is a 20% restocking fee and the client must pay cost of shipping back to our facility.  The processor must be unused and free from damage.  If you have had your biodiesel processor past the 30 days from when you received the processor we are unable to accept a return.

Any and all refunds may take up to 8 weeks for processing.
