Currently, we can create a custom processing unit with a capacity of hundreds of gallons a day. If your business grows to exceed even that capacity, you can purchase an additional processor also equipped with expansion tanks.

Purchasing and Installing Expansion Biodiesel Tanks

Our expansion tanks at EvolutionBiodieselKits.com can produce 160 gallons of biodiesel per day. They are equipped with their own wash system and heater for drying, as well as a 12-gallon/minute pump. The expansion tanks can be attached to any of our biodiesel processors, from the Mini-Ester, which produces 13 gallons in 8 hours, to the Farm Boss Processor, which produces 230 gallons of biodiesel in a day.
