This is a simple and virtually indestructible dry wash system designed to be user friendly, durable, and easily compatible to any biodiesel system. Our Evo-Kleen™ dry wash filtration tower can be easily added to any of our processor units. Tower can be CUSTOM BUILT to fit ANY biodiesel production process including Mega Ester I and II, Farm Boss 230 gallon processor, FuelMeister, Freedom Fuelers, EZ Biodiesel.
Eco2pure™ filter media is an adsorbent that removes soaps, catalyst, methanol, and residual contaminants from biodiesel production. 1 kg of Eco2pure™ is capable of purifying up to 185 gallons of biodiesel. This does however depend on the quality of your raw biodiesel. You now have the power to enable ASTM D-6751 quality biodiesel and to eliminate water washing which saves energy and natural resources.
